Studio Hermanides was founded in 2008 by Jeroen Machielsen (1981 - Hilversum). After working for established interior designers Jan des Bouvrie and Marcel Wolterinck, Studio Hermanides has since developed its own reputation. As an interior designer and stylist the studio operates both in the Netherlands and internationally. Working for a broad spectrum of clients on a diverse yet exclusive portfolio of luxury, private dwellings – from residential homes to office spaces, holiday homes, Pied a Terres and events.
Style
Our style can best be described as combining classical elements with a broad contemporary approach. This 'Timeless Eclecticism’ features recognisable elements reflected in the use of pure materials combined with eye-catching stylistic elements and a fresh colour palette. This ultimately results in harmonious, symmetrical spaces with a true feeling of luxury.
